Elisha Cuthbert on Complex Magazine

Elisha Cuthbert on Complex Magazine

Elisha Cuthbert takes us into the weekend with her new spread in Complex Magazine. Unfortunately we learn that the Canadian beauty doesn’t do her own "N" scenes.
“You don’t do nud1ty; but instead employ body doubles. What’s the process in selecting someone?
Elisha Cuthbert: I’ve only had to do it twice. To be honest, it was really quick and pretty basic. I saw three girls and chose one out of the three. It wasn’t a long, drawn-out process. It’s not looking for someone with the perfect size. Nothing to do with that, really. I think it’s trying to find someone that looks natural, someone that looks good.
You mean someone who acts natural in front of a camera or someone, y’know, natural?
Elisha Cuthbert: You never see their face, right?”

The photo shoot as one can tell was a huge success much like her movie Confessions of a Shopaholic and her interview.

Madonna wins damages in UK over wedding pics

Madonna wins damages in UK over wedding pics

Pop star Madonna won substantial damages from a British paper on Tuesday for breaching her privacy and infringement of copyright by publishing "purloined" photos of her wedding to film director Guy Ritchie.

The singer, who has just completed her "Sticky & Sweet" year-long world tour, was not at London's High Court for the settlement of her action against Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Mail on Sunday tabloid.

Her lawyer John Kelly told the court she would be donating the undisclosed damages to her Raising Malawi charity.

Kelly said the singer had gone to great pains to ensure that her wedding to her now ex-husband Ritchie in December 2000 had been wholly private.

But in 2003 an interior designer, who was working on her home in Beverly Hills, surreptitiously copied at least 27 photos from the wedding album and provided them to Bonnie Robinson who, in June 2008, offered to sell them to the Mail on Sunday.

Kelly said that the newspaper did not purchase them at that time but waited until October 2008, when Madonna had announced that she was divorcing the British director and there was huge media interest about her marriage.

Just three days after she had announced her divorce, the paper published 10 of the photos.

Kelly said Madonna had chosen not to sell her wedding photos to the media.

"It was far more important to the claimant that the privacy of the occasion was maintained," he said, adding that until the newspaper's actions, no photos of the wedding had been published anywhere in the world.

Associated Newspapers' lawyer, Niri Shan, said it accepted that it had been wrong and offered its sincere apologies to Madonna and her family.

Naomi Watts voted Forbes' most bankable actress

Naomi Watts voted Forbes' most bankable actress

The 'King Kong' actress has topped the magazine's latest online Best Actresses for the Buck list after proving movie bosses can make the most money from her.

The 41-year-old beauty who has also starred in 'The Ring' and 'Eastern Promises' apart from 'King Kong' helped the box office rake in an estimated $44 for every $1 she was paid for her last three major films.

The list's top spots are notably filled by many actresses willing to accept a lower salary than A-list stars like Angelina Jolie who was named Hollywood's highest-earning actress by Forbes earlier this year.

'Requiem For A Dream' actress Jennifer Connelly, 38, took second place making an average $41 per dollar she was paid while 30-year-old Rachel McAdams finished third by turning low-budget films like 'Red Eye' and 'The Notebook' into significant hits. For every dollar she is paid, the 30-year-old actress makes movie bosses an average $30.

Other stars featured on the list include Natalie Portman, who earned $28 per dollar, Meryl Streep at $27 and Jennifer Aniston at $26.

Most actresses on the list didn't carry their films alone and were often joined by a host of famous co-stars.

Connely's appearance in 'He's Just Not That Into You', in which she starred alongside Aniston, Ginnifer Goodwin, Ben Affleck, Drew Barrymore, Bradley Cooper and Scarlett Johansson, raked in $177 million at the box office, while Watts was joined by British actor Clive Owen in 'The International' (2008).
